If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase datefor an exchange, in-house credit , subject to the following conditions:
* Full Refund will be issued ONLY for unopened packages (Shipping Charges excluded if any)
* A 25% handling fee will be deducted from all opened packages, no exception.
* A 35% handling fee will be charged to all products returned with original packaging missing or damaged.

When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart ".
Checkout & Order Confirmation
When you're done shopping, click the Shopping Cart then click the Checkout button, found on the Shopping Cart Contents page. This is where you will be given the opportunity to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. Next, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address then a review of the order and your Credit Card information. In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, all orders are shipped via USPS Mail with free delivery confirmation information forwarded to you. In order to preserve the integrity of certain products, during periods of excessive heat or cold and product ordered, may not be sent until the following Monday.
